2019 Marvellous 12 Kicks Off In Shenzhen (Preview&Schedule)
The Marvellous 12, also known as the Chinese Trials for 2019 WTTC, will get underway this week, from 28 February to 3 March in Shenzhen, China. After an intense and pressurised qualifying round (stage 1), the team comes up with the best 12 men and 12 women, including Olympians Xu Xin, Fan Zhendong, Ding Ning and Liu Shiwen, to compete at the 2019 Marvellous 12, vying for spots at the 2019 World Table Tennis Championships (2019 WTTC).
CNT New Coaching Team Announced
Liu Guoliang returned to the world of table tennis with a new role, the president of CTTA, a few months ago. In his new role, he works out a strategic plan for preparing for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics which includes a performance appraisal system and announces the new coaching team structure on 25 February.
Qualifying 2019 Marvellous 12 -- Results for Stage 1 of the Chinese Trials
The qualifying round for the 2019 Marvellous 12, Chinese Trials for 2019 WTTC, is scheduled from 12 February to 16 February in Beijing, China. 15 men and 16 women strive for making the top 6 in order to qualify for the Marvellous 12 and continue their hopes to make the 2019 World Championships squad.

2018 CTTSL: Grand Finals & Recap
The 2018 / 2019 CTTSL season concludes with the grand finals on 2 February. The men's field has been a really exciting one as the top 6 teams come down to close finishes. Against all odds, Tianjin Table Tennis Club wins its first CTTSL title. Whereas for the women, Shandong Luneng celebrates its sixth CTTSL victory. Young athletes Liang Jingkun and Wang Manyu are awarded the most-valued player.
