In Translation: Olympians Sit Out, CNT Name Young Hopefuls to 2018 Asian Games

On 26 August, the top table tennis players in Asia will contend for team, singles and the mixed doubles events at the 2018 Asian Games touched down in Jakarta, Indonesia. Among the teams, China, the defending team champion in both the men's team and women's team events, will send a squad of young hopefuls instead of the experienced Olympians. CCTV 5 produced a program about the Chinese squad for the 2018 Asian Games. We have subbed the program with English subtitles. Table tennis competitions at the 2018 Asian Games consists of 5 events, namely, men's team, women's team, men's singles women's singles and mixed doubles touched down at Jakarta, Indonesia, from 26 August to 1 September (subject to change).
